■ Refund & Return Policy

Kyoto Treasure Hunt Japan sells Japanese antiques, vintage items,
food products, and art prints. Due to the nature of our products,
please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

[Returns Accepted]
Returns are accepted only when an item significantly differs
from its description or listing photos. Please contact us
within 7 days of receiving your order.

[Returns Not Accepted]
・Returns based on change of mind
・Natural wear, rust, color variation, or minor marks
  consistent with age (these are inherent characteristics
  of antiques and vintage items, not defects)
・Conditions or imperfections already noted
  in the item description
・Food products (for hygiene reasons)
・Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery

[Return Shipping]
If the return is due to our error or a significant
discrepancy from the item description: covered by us.
All other cases: returns are not accepted.

[Refunds]
Once a return is approved, a full refund will be issued
to your original payment method (Stripe / PayPal).
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing.
